Realignment is a process that cannot be achieved overnight; it requires introspection and self-assessment to identify your strengths and weaknesses. To realign with your calling, you must put these into perspective and develop a plan to leverage them. While it may be tempting to only focus on your strengths, it's important to acknowledge and work on your weaknesses. They are real, and you need to face them head-on in order to learn how to navigate and overcome them effectively.
