Regina is a mom of three boys and a grandmother to two adorable grandkids. Her life hit rock bottom when she was 19 years when she was divorced from her husband. With a disoriented, unfulfilled and confused life, she navigated the trauma through the strong support of her sisters. Through her self-determination and faith in God, Regina made a turnaround in her life and got realigned to her passion and purpose.

She highlights the fact that two people can experience the exact same event, such as a car accident, and have vastly different responses. While one person may walk away unscathed, the other may be left emotionally scarred, unable even to get back into a car. Stacey's work focuses on understanding and addressing the varied perceptions and responses to trauma, helping individuals heal and overcome their emotional barriers.
